Meryl lives in Mattituck with her husband and two sons. Before moving to the North Fork in 1993, Meryl practiced architecture in Washington, DC. Meryl worked on a variety of project types before finding her niche in residential design. She was involved in the design of numerous thoroughbred horse breeding facilities, and while employed at Skidmore Owings and Merrill, she was a Project Team member of the Washington, DC Field Office for the FBI. Meryl’s design for Dean and Deluca at the Warner Theater earned an AIA Design Award.
Meryl is a member of the AIA Peconic Chapter, Mattituck Laurel Civic Association and served on the Village of Greenport’s Historic Preservation Commission from 1999 to 2010.
Meryl received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University. Meryl is a registered architect in the states of New York and Maryland.
